Nav\u00edc tak\u00e9 bylo pot\u0159eba neust\u00e1le dopl\u0148ovat uhl\u00ed a v\u00fdkon takov\u00e9 \u017eeleznice nebyl ani uspokojuj\u00edc\u00ed ani dosta\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed.\tP\u016fvodn\u011b m\u011bla b\u00fdt mnohem del\u0161\u00ed, nakonec v\u0161ak z\u016fstalo pouze u realizace \u00faseku z\u00a0Bechyn\u011b do T\u00e1bora. I na tomto \u00faseku byl pom\u011brn\u011b probl\u00e9m sehnat na takov\u00fd projekt pen\u00edze. M\u00e1lokdo toti\u017e hodlal do takov\u00e9 trati investovat a m\u00edstn\u00ed necht\u011bli dr\u00e1ze prodat sv\u00e9 pozemky. Pozemky se nakonec povedlo vykoupit zhruba podle p\u016fvodn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, nikoli v\u0161ak p\u0159esn\u011b, proto je dr\u00e1ha tak klikat\u00e1 a je na n\u00ed znateln\u00fd i v\u00fd\u0161kov\u00fd rozd\u00edl jednotliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli zat\u00e1\u010dk\u00e1m na trati je zak\u00e1z\u00e1no od nehody v\u00a0roce 2006, kdy se v\u00a0jedn\u00e9 z\u00a0nich p\u0159evr\u00e1til dvoupatrov\u00fd vagon \u010cesk\u00fdch Drah, pou\u017e\u00edvat zde dlouh\u00e9 vagony. Sklon pak komplikuje v\u00a0zim\u011b v\u00fdjezd dieselov\u00fdm jednotk\u00e1m.\t\tProud byl dod\u00e1v\u00e1m vodn\u00ed elektr\u00e1rnou v\u00a0T\u00e1bo\u0159e. Ta byla osazena t\u0159emi turb\u00ednami spole\u010dnosti \u0160koda, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1zali poh\u00e1n\u011bt celou tra\u0165. Trasa m\u011bla ve sv\u00e9m veden\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed jeden a p\u016fl kilovoltu, a to j\u00ed dodnes z\u016fstalo, i p\u0159es to \u017ee standard jsou v\u00a0dne\u0161n\u00ed dob\u011b t\u0159i kilovolty. Pr\u00e1v\u011b kv\u016fli tomu zde mohou jezdit pouze speci\u00e1ln\u011b upraven\u00e9 lokomotivy, v\u00a0tuto chv\u00edli tuto \u00fapravu maj\u00ed pouze dv\u011b tak zvan\u00e9 \u201e\u017dehli\u010dky\u201c.\t\tT\u00e1borsk\u00e1 elektr\u00e1rna ji\u017e neslou\u017e\u00ed sv\u00e9mu \u00fa\u010delu ji\u017e dlouhou dobu, nyn\u00ed pro\u0161la rozs\u00e1hlou rekonstrukc\u00ed a stane se z\u00a0n\u00ed muzeum a galerie.
